When you fund a scholarship, the MEF helps you develop criteria for the student who receives your scholarship. The MEF awards scholarships to students who have financial or other needs, to students who have high achievements in academics or other activities, or to students who have a combination of needs and achievements. MEF encourages you to choose criteria that fit your values.
